The range of functions, sectors, or disciplines you can operate across. A 7+ means you can credibly contribute in multiple domains and bridge between specialisms others see as separate.
Your seniority and the scope of your organisational influence. A 7+ reflects senior leadership — people, budgets, strategy, and accountability at scale. It is about how far your decisions travel.
